All Visitor (Event) Parking at the Annandale Campus is located in the pay parking garage. Surface parking is not available to event participants and is reserved strictly for NVCC faculty, staff, and students possessing valid parking permits. The current cost at the garage is $1.00 per hour per vehicle. Upon entering the garage, dated, time stamped tickets are issued and upon exit, payment in CASH must be made for complete (or any portion) of hours used.

| Track 3: Higher Eduation - Improving PeopleSoft Business Processing in Higher Education: Bill Venella and Matt Busch (AppWorx)
Universities using PeopleSoft are dealing with delays, errors, and inaccuracies with business processing. A typical business process spans multiple people, departments, PeopleSoft Modules. There is no clear way to identify bottlenecks or delays and speed processing. AppWorx has developed an area of expertise to improve the time it takes to complete tasks in PeopleSoft that take a great deal of time. Tasks like the entire Financial Aid process (disbursements, letters, etc.), feeds to and from external agencies like the governments, and the End of Month Close Process. AppWorx has reduced the time it takes to complete these tasks by over 50%, while improving information integrity
