Organizations IT Systems are generally made up of disparate systems which communicate with each other through some means. How can an organization leverage their existing Technology investment in PeopleSoft/Oracle to improve, enhance and bring together all of these systems? This presentation will outline delivered technology out of the box that allows these disparate systems to integrate and collaborate with each other.

This presentation will discuss “pain points” in the recruiting process and how new technologies can make the process more efficient for both job seekers and recruiters. The presentation will focus on how leading PeopleSoft customers are improving their recruiting processes by utilizing new technology for advanced applicant data management, resume data extraction and candidate processing.

Universities using PeopleSoft are dealing with delays, errors, and inaccuracies with business processing.  A typical business process spans multiple people, departments, PeopleSoft Modules.
