MARUG VENDOR FAIR
The MARUG is pleased to offer you a vendor table at our next event on November 2, 2007. The event will be held at Northern Virginia Community College,
Annandale Campus. The fee for participation is $900 USD. Space is limited. We normally accommodate 10 - 12 vendors. Each vendor will have a table with enough room for a small booth display, signs, and giveaways. Meeting registration begins 8:00am. The actual meeting starts at 9:00 a.m. and ends around 3:00 pm. Vendors can begin setting up at 7:30 a.m.
We would like a brief (2-3 sentences) synopsis of your company to appear in the Vendor Guide as well. This will be provided for all vendors in attendance. For an additional $100 we can provide a 1-page, 1 side insert in the participant literature. For an additional $200, we can provide a 1 page, 2 sided insert. Deadline for payment and insert submission is October 19, 2006.
Many speaking spots have already been taken, but if you wish to send any session ideas for consideration, we would be glad to review them and contact you in case of any cancellations. The final agenda will be complete by October 26, 2007.
